Sinofibers Technology (300777.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Changzhou Huatai Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huatai Investment"), has signed a Share Transfer Agreement with China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Capital Group Limited (referred to as "Sinopec Capital"), intending to transfer a total of 22.393 million shares of Sinofibers Technology held by Huatai Investment to Sinopec Capital. The total price of this share transfer is 652 million yuan.
