Doctor Ji Jing has been appointed as Executive Director ABBISKO-B(02256)

ABBISKO-B (02256) announced that Dr. Zui Chen has resigned as an executive director of the company, effective from March 3, 2025. Dr. Yuhong Ping, our current Chief Scientific Officer and executive director, will continue to lead our research and development work. Dr. Yaochang Xu, Dr. Yuhong Ping, and Dr. Zui Chen have entered into a termination agreement to terminate the joint action agreement, effective from March 3, 2025. Dr. Jing Ji has been appointed as an executive director of the company, effective from March 3, 2025.
