SPROCOMM INTEL (01401) announced that Jane Xuegen has resigned from the position of Company Secretary, and in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, she will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company and the authorized person to accept legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from February 28, 2025. Peter Lee has been appointed as the Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, with effect from February 28, 2025.
