CH INNOVATION (01217) appoints Sinolink as investment manager.

CH INNOVATION (01217) announces that the company has entered into a new investment management agreement with Sinolink (Hong Kong) Limited (Sinolink) on March 1, 2025. Sinolink has agreed to serve as the company's investment manager and provide investment management services to the company for a period of three years from March 1, 2025 to February 29, 2028, with an extension of three years after each expiration. The directors believe that Sinolink can provide professional investment management services and fulfill its duties as the company's investment manager. The key persons in charge, Chen Changyi and Tang Yan, remain unchanged, and they continue to be part of the existing investment management team at Sinolink. As there has been no substantial change in the investment manager, Tang Yan along with Zhang Pengtu, as key personnel at Sinolink, have been appointed as the investment manager on behalf of the company.
