WORLDGATEGLOBAL (08292) announced that the preconditions under the placing agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on February 28, 2025. According to the placing agreement, a total of 126.7 million shares (representing approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance and placing of new shares) were successfully placed at a placing price of HK$0.10 per share, totaling HK$12.67 million, to no fewer than six placees.
