OIWAHPAWN (01319) announced that on February 27, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Ai Hua Property (lender) entered into Loan Agreement Three with Customer A (borrower). Under Loan Agreement Three, Ai Hua Property agreed to provide Customer A with a loan of HK$37 million for a period of 12 months.
Prior to entering into Loan Agreement Three, the Group had entered into two previous loan agreements with customers. Some of the funds from Loan Three will be used to fully repay the principal and interest of Loan Two under Loan Agreement Two.
