Kbc Corporation, Ltd. (688598.SH) disclosed the plan to issue A shares to specific objects in the year 2025. The company intends to issue shares to Hunan Jinbo High-Tech Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinbo Group"), which is controlled by Mr. Liao Jiqiao, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company. The number of shares to be issued this time does not exceed 5.36193 million shares, and the issue price is 18.65 yuan per share.
In addition, the total amount of funds raised from this issuance to specific objects will not exceed 100 million yuan (including this amount). The net proceeds from the funds raised, after deducting relevant issuance expenses, are intended to be used entirely for supplementing working capital.
