Shandong Shanda Oumasoft (301185.SZ) announced that the company has won the bid for the "Scanning and Online Scoring Technology Service Project for Answer Sheets of the National Teacher Certification Examination (NTCE) for Primary and Secondary School Teachers of the Ministry of Education" (Package 1) on the China Government Procurement Website. The bid amount is 11 million RMB per year, and 33 million RMB for 3 years.
