TRANSMIT ENT (01326) announced its interim performance for the six months ending on December 31, 2024, with a revenue of HK$30.94 million, a decrease of 21.8% year-on-year. The company's net loss attributable to owners amounted to HK$9.196 million, with a loss per share of 0.35 HK cents.
The announcement stated that the group recorded a net loss attributable to owners of approximately HK$9.2 million for the review period, compared to a loss of approximately HK$23.7 million for the same period last year. This was mainly due to the fact that there was no impairment loss on intangible assets recognized during the review period, while an impairment loss of approximately HK$12.1 million on intangible assets was recognized in the same period last year.
