At the request of the company, trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will be temporarily suspended from 10:09 a.m. on February 24, 2025 to facilitate the publication of this announcement. The company has applied to resume trading of its shares on February 25, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
