Tibet Water (01115) announces that on February 13, 2025, the company plans to issue a total principal amount of HK$138 million of 8% convertible bonds to subscriber Wholeking Holdings Limited. Assuming the bonds are fully converted at the preliminary conversion price of HK$0.345, the bonds will be convertible into 400 million shares, equivalent to approximately 8.74% of the company's existing issued share capital and approximately 8.03% of the company's issued share capital after the conversion.
