AIDIGONG (00286) announced that Mr. Lam Chi Ying has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee and audit committee of the group, effective from February 13, 2025, as he needs to focus and invest more energy in his other business commitments.
