SFCE (01165) has applied for liquidation with about HK$289 million in financial obligations being submitted for resolution.

SFCE (01165) announced that True Bold Global Limited (the petitioner) has filed a winding-up petition against the company in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on February 13, 2025, for an approximate amount of HK$289 million in financial obligations. The company will engage in discussions with the petitioner on a feasible repayment plan. The company will further seek legal advice and take all necessary actions to protect its legal rights.
