Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center (301091.SZ) announced that Zhuhai Daoyuan will reduce its holdings of the company by 6,930,115 shares through centralized bidding from May 31, 2023 to February 11, 2025, and by 2,347,700 shares through block trading. After this equity change, Zhuhai Daoyuan will hold 20,279,925 shares of the company, accounting for 4.99998% of the total share capital, and will no longer be a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company.
