CHINA EAST AIR(00670): Change of continuous supervisory sponsor representative person.

China East Air (00670) issued an announcement that on February 12, 2025, the company received a statement from the sponsor institution China International Finance Co., Ltd. (CICC) regarding the replacement of the continuous supervision sponsor representative for China East Air Limited. CICC is the sponsor institution for the non-public issuance of A shares in 2022. The originally appointed continuous supervision sponsor representatives were Mr. Xu Zhijun and Ms. Xia Yuyang. Now, Ms. Xia Yuyang no longer serves as the company's continuous supervision sponsor representative due to a job change. In order to ensure the normal progress of the company's continuous supervision work, CICC has appointed Mr. Tang Jiawei to replace Ms. Xia Yuyang as the company's continuous supervision sponsor representative, and continue to fulfill the relevant responsibilities and obligations of continuous supervision towards the company.
