Tianjin Yiyi Hygiene Products (001206.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest $3 million in Cambodia to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary called "Cambodia Huasheng Hygiene Products Co., Ltd." (referred to as "Cambodia Huasheng") with its own funds. The business scope is planned to include: production and sales of hygiene products; import and export of goods; and import and export of technology.
