PhiChem Corporation (300398.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Materials Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), whose securities account is under the name of "Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Materials Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Materials Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)" and referred to as "Semiconductor Equipment Fund", along with the company's directors and Vice General Managers Song Shuguo, Lu Chun, and Vice General Manager Wu Jinxian collectively reduced their holdings of the company's shares by 9.5338 million shares, accounting for 1.79% of the company's total share capital.
