TAIMEI TECH (02576) announced that due to a rearrangement of work, the Executive Director, Chairman and General Manager Zhao Lu will no longer serve as the General Manager of the company, effective from February 11, 2025. On February 11, 2025, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint Wan Yunyun as the General Manager of the company, effective from February 11, 2025.
