Jiangxi Hungpai New Material (605366.SH) announced that to accelerate the expansion of the market in Thailand and Southeast Asia, and improve the overseas functional silane industry supply system, in conjunction with its holding subsidiary Jiangxi Hungpai New Material Co., Ltd. (registered in Thailand, hereinafter referred to as "Thai Hungpai") current construction situation and local legal requirements, Thai Hungpai plans to increase its registered capital by 335 million Baht (approximately RMB 72.025 million according to the exchange rate between RMB and Baht on February 7, 2025), with the new registered capital to be subscribed by its existing shareholders in accordance with their respective shareholding ratios, including the company subscribing 301.5 million Baht of the new registered capital (approximately RMB 64.8225 million according to the exchange rate between RMB and Baht on February 7, 2025), shareholder Polapat subscribing 16.75 million Baht of the new registered capital, and shareholder Vararat subscribing 16.75 million Baht of the new registered capital. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Thai Hungpai will be 340 million Baht, with the funds from this capital increase mainly used for speeding up the production and construction of the functional silane project in Thailand.
