EDA GROUP HLDGS (02505) announced that the company has received a notice from The Reynold Lemkins Group (Asia) Limited (Reynold Lemkins, one of the cornerstone investors of the company as disclosed in the prospectus issued on May 20, 2024). According to the notice, Reynold Lemkins recently increased its shareholding in the company through competitive bidding and block trading on the open market. As of February 10, 2025, Reynold Lemkins collectively holds 13.586 million shares, representing 3.1% of the total issued share capital of the company.
