LIFE CONCEPTS (08056): Xie Ziqian appointed as company secretary.

LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) has announced that Guo Huizhen has resigned as company secretary and will no longer serve as (i) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong; and (ii) the company's agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules, effective from February 10, 2025. The Group has entered into a Company Secretary Support Services Agreement with Mingda Business Services Limited, under which Mingda Business Services Limited has agreed to provide company secretary services to the company. Chee Tzu Chien is the Manager of Mingda Business Services Limited and has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for legal process documents to replace Ms. Guo, effective from February 10, 2025.
