CHINA ORAL IND(08406) announced that on February 5, 2025, the company received a winding-up petition from Any Earnest Printing Limited (the petitioner) submitted to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, involving a total overdue payment amount of HK$541,150.00 and interest of HK$167,037.59 as of December 31, 2024. The company is seeking legal advice to determine possible actions to take in response to the petition in order to protect the overall interests of the company and its shareholders. The company will also actively negotiate feasible settlement solutions with the petitioner. The company hereby states that, due to discrepancies in the calculation of the interest amount and related details, the company, based on prudence, is temporarily refraining from paying the claimed overdue payment amount by the petitioner until both parties reach a consensus on the matter.
