GLOBAL M HLDG (08063) announced that on February 7, 2025, the company received a letter from the GEM Listing Committee stating that after considering all the information submitted by the company and the listing department (including written and verbal information), the Committee believes that the company has not been able to maintain sufficient business operations and possess assets of sufficient value to support its operations in accordance with Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules, in order to ensure the continued listing of its shares. Therefore, the Committee has decided to uphold the decision of the listing department to suspend the trading of shares in accordance with Rule 9.04(3) of the GEM Listing Rules.
It is reported that the company's business has deteriorated in recent years, with poor performance in lending, brokerage, and other major businesses.
