WEB3 META (08093) announces that Ms. Zhu Minli has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, and Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, effective from January 20, 2025; Ms. Zhu Xiaolin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Corporate Governance Committee, effective from January 20, 2025; and Mr. Lin Zixiang has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director, Chairperson of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, and member of the Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee, effective from January 20, 2025.
