Jiangsu Lopal Tech. (02465) announced that the acquisition by Shandong Meiduo was finalized on January 21, 2025 (the day of the completion of the filing and registration with the local authorities by Shandong Meiduo for the acquisition). Subsequently, Shandong Meiduo became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.

Bona Film Group (001330.SZ) announced a pre-loss, with an estimated net loss of 637 million to 881 million yuan for the 2024 fiscal year.

DongGuan Winnerway Industry Zone (000573.SZ) issues a forecasted pre-loss, estimating a net loss of 45 to 68 million yuan in 2024, compared to a profit in the same period of the previous year.
