Jiangsu Lopal Tech. (02465) completes the acquisition of Shandong Meiduo.

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. (02465) announced that the acquisition by Shandong Meiduo was finalized on January 21, 2025 (the day of the completion of the filing and registration with the local authorities by Shandong Meiduo for the acquisition). Subsequently, Shandong Meiduo became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
