TIBET WATER (01115) announced the relevant matters regarding the issuance of HK$165 million 8% convertible bonds. The board of directors gladly announced that all prerequisites for the bond issuance have been met and the bond issuance has been completed. Therefore, the company has issued a total principal amount of HK$165 million in bonds to subscribers, including 5 corporate subscribers and 3 individual subscribers. One of the corporate subscribers (Jasmine International Investment Limited) is mainly engaged in asset management and investment advisory business, and subscribed to the bonds on behalf of its managed accounts as an investment manager. The other 4 corporate subscribers are engaged in beverage trading, investment holdings, fund holdings, and investments in unlisted securities and private equity funds respectively. Two of the individual subscribers work in banks and real estate developers in Hong Kong, while the other individual subscriber is a housewife. The total proceeds and net proceeds (after deducting expenses) from the bond issuance are approximately HK$165 million and HK$164.4 million respectively.
