DEEWIN (02418) announced that Wang Runliang has resigned from the position of the company's general manager due to age reasons, effective from January 21, 2025. He has also resigned from the position of executive director of the second board of directors, effective from the date of the new director's appointment.
The board of directors further announced that on January 21, 2025, it has appointed Zhao Peng as the company's general manager, with a term from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the second board of directors' term.
