HUAKANG BIOMED(08622): Placement agreement terminated

HUAKANG BIOMED (08622) announced that as the conditions of the subscription agreement were not met by January 21, 2025 (the final deadline related to the subscription matter), the subscription agreement has become invalid and must be stopped and terminated. Any party to the subscription agreement shall not make any claims against the other party regarding the subscription matter, except for any liabilities arising from any previous breaches of the subscription agreement.
