CCT FORTIS (00138) announced that, in accordance with rules 3.28 and 3.05 of the listing rules, Xinh Xiaohong has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, and is authorized to represent the company in Hong Kong for the receipt of legal process documents and notices, in accordance with section 16 of the company's articles (Hong Kong Ordinance chapter 622), effective from January 21, 2025.
