CBHB (09668) has announced that the shareholders' meeting has reviewed and elected the directors of the sixth board of directors, namely Wang Jinhong and Qu Hongzhi as executive directors of the sixth board of directors, Ou Zhaolun, Qu Defu, Liu Zhenyu, Yuan Wei, Duan Wenwu, Hu Aimin, and Zhang Yunji as non-executive directors of the sixth board of directors, and Xie Rikang, Samson Sum, Wang Aijian, Liu Junmin, Liu Lanbiao, and Ouyang Yong as independent non-executive directors of the sixth board of directors. The term of office of the sixth board of directors shall be three years from the date of the election by the shareholders' meeting, and the terms of office of Qu Defu, Liu Zhenyu, and Ouyang Yong shall take effect from the date when the regulatory authority approves their qualifications.
Due to the board of directors' election, Du Gang and Mou Binrui resigned as directors from the date of the interim shareholders' meeting and will no longer serve on any special committees of the board of directors of the bank.
