JH EDUCATION (01935) announced that on March 10, 2025, Zhengzhou Institute of Commerce and Trade (Zhengzhou Institute of Commerce and Trade) entered into a construction project construction contract with the contractor (Henan Xianrui Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.). Accordingly, the Institute of Commerce and Trade entrusted the contractor to carry out the construction project of teaching and training buildings, public buildings and teachers' apartments, as well as dormitory buildings, with a total price of RMB 825.6 million.
The Group will build the Shangjie Campus of the Zhengzhou Institute of Commerce and Trade in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. This aligns with the Group's development strategy and also expands its scale in higher education business. The estimated student capacity of the Shangjie Campus is approximately 20,000 people. The Shangjie Campus will significantly enhance the Group's ability to expand its education services and facilities, positively impacting the Group's future sustainable development.
