Jiangsu Lopal Tech. (02465) announced that, in accordance with the "Enterprise Accounting Standards", "Accounting Regulatory Risk Warning" and relevant provisions of applicable accounting policies, in order to objectively and fairly reflect the financial position of the company as of December 31, 2024, the company conducted impairment tests on certain assets of the group within the scope of consolidation that showed signs of impairment based on unaudited management accounts of the group, in order to estimate the recoverable amount. Based on the impairment test results, the company recognized corresponding impairment loss provisions for assets whose recoverable amount was lower than their respective carrying amounts. It is estimated that the attributable net profit of the company's owners will decrease by an estimated amount ranging from RMB 140 million to RMB 165 million. The exact amount is yet to be determined.
