DOBOT (02432) announces that the overall coordinator (for itself and on behalf of international underwriters) has partially exercised the excess allotment option as stated in the prospectus on January 17, 2025 (Friday) after trading hours, involving a total of 4.1954 million H shares (excess allocation shares), representing approximately 10.49% of the total number of new shares available for subscription under the global offering before the exercise of the excess allotment option.
The excess allocation shares will be issued and distributed by the Company at a price of HK$18.80 per H share.
In accordance with Rule 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Stabilizing Price) Rules under Chapter 571W of the Hong Kong Laws, the Company announces that the stabilizing period for the global offering has ended on January 17, 2025 (Friday) (i.e. the 30th day after the deadline for submitting the Hong Kong public offering application).
