According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 13, the Chairman and Executive Director of the Board of Directors, Qiu Dachang, increased his holdings of FE CONSORT INTL (00035) by 161,000 shares, with a price of 0.8945 Hong Kong dollars per share, for a total amount of approximately 144,000 Hong Kong dollars. After the increase, the latest number of shares held is approximately 1.692 billion shares, with the latest shareholding ratio of 55.76%.
