Qingdao Victall Railway (605001.SH) announced that Ulanqab Tai Zhengshenghong Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ulanqab Tai Zhengsheng") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares within three months after the date of disclosure of the announcement (January 21, 2025 to April 20, 2025) through centralized bidding or block trading, with a total of no more than 1.4311 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.36% of the company's total share capital.
