(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recently received a letter from the sponsoring institution CMSC Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CMSC") regarding the replacement of the sponsoring representative for the issuance of Class A shares to specific targets in 2023 (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance"). The Company's original supervising sponsoring representative Li Qizhi, due to job changes, is no longer responsible for the continuous supervision duties of this issuance. CMSC appointed Liu Xingde to take over as the sponsoring representative for the Company's continuous supervision work, continuing to fulfill the continuous supervision duties.
