SKYWORTH GROUP (00751) announced that on January 15, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Skyworth-RGB entered into an agreement to transfer 7.151% equity of Skyworth Display Technology to Shenzhen Zhili for a price of 71.51 million yuan.
On the same day, Shenzhen Skyworth-RGB also entered into agreements to transfer a total of 22.849% equity of Skyworth Display Technology to Shenzhen Zhihui (2.349%), Shenzhen Zhizhi (10.25%), and Shenzhen Zhishi (10.25%) for a total consideration of approximately 228.5 million yuan.
Before the equity transfer, Skyworth Display Technology was an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its main business is the production and sale of consumer electronics products.
