CH ENERGY ENG (03996) announced that, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of CH ENERGY ENG Co., Ltd., Mr. Wu Yun (Mr. Wu) has reached the legal retirement age and will no longer serve as the deputy general manager of the company starting from January 13, 2025.

CH ENERGY ENG (03996) subsidiary won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of 21000MW units in the second phase of Yuneng Hengshan Power Plant.
