Haitong (06837): Zhou Jie resigns as Chairman.

Haitong (06837) announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Mr. Jay Chou, the Chairman of the Company, on January 13, 2025. Mr. Chou resigned from the positions of Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, Legal Representative, and Hong Kong Stock Exchange Authorized Representative (as defined in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) due to job reassignment reasons. He also resigned from the position of Director and Chairman of the Board's Development Strategy and ESG Management Committee, and will no longer hold any position in the Company after his resignation.
