KINETIC DEV (01277) announced that the transfer of 100% equity of Seedlife from its affiliated company to the company has been completed. The acquisition and delivery of Seedlife was completed on January 13, 2025. After the delivery, Seedlife has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group.
