ELIFE HLDGS (00223): Chen Xinqiong is no longer a member of the Independent Directors Committee.

ELIFE HLDGS (00223) announced that (a) non-executive director Chen Xinqiong has been appointed as an executive director; and (b) Zhou Zhaohe, Cao Jiarong, Chen Leyan, and Ma Jianling have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from December 24, 2024. Chen Xinqiong will no longer serve as a member of the Independent Directors Committee, while Zhou Zhaohe, Cao Jiarong, Chen Leyan, and Ma Jianling have joined as members of the Independent Directors Committee. As a result of the above changes, the Independent Directors Committee consists of Lin Quanzhi, Huang Zifeng, Mei Yihuo, Zhou Zhaohe, Cao Jiarong, Chen Leyan, and Ma Jianling, namely all independent non-executive directors.
