TIANAN MEDICARE (00383) announces that Jiang Muxian has resigned as the company secretary, effective from 10th January 2025.
Xue Baoling has been appointed as the company secretary and the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, replacing the current authorized representative, Wang Dajun, both effective from 10th January 2025.
After resigning as the company secretary, Mr. Jiang will continue to serve as an executive director of the company, while Mr. Wang will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the company after stepping down as the authorized representative.
