TIAN TU CAPITAL (01973) announced that due to work arrangements, Chen Shiting will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company in Hong Kong to receive legal process documents and notices in accordance with Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from January 10, 2025; and Su Jiamin will be appointed as the legal process agent starting January 10, 2025.
