YUE DA INTL (00629) announced that starting from January 10, 2025: i. Shi Hulin has been appointed as the Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the company; and ii. Wu Yinghua has resigned from the positions of Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the company.
