PLUS GP HOLDING (02486) announces that Ms. Guo Yan has resigned from her position as Joint Company Secretary due to personal reasons, effective from January 9, 2025. Following Ms. Guo's resignation, Mr. Zhou Jieting, another Joint Company Secretary of the Company, will continue in his role. Mr. Zhou is a practicing accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and therefore possesses the relevant experience required by Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
