At the 50th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors held on January 9, 2025, Xu Enli was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
On January 9, 2025, the Board of Directors appointed Xu Enli as the Chairman of the Strategic Committee and member of the Nomination Committee; appointed Wen Liang as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and appointed Xu Huaxiang as a member of the Nomination Committee.
