FIRST TRACTOR (00038): Li Xiaoyu resigns from director and chairman positions.

First Tractor (00038) announced that the Board of Directors received a written resignation from Mr. Li Xiaoyu on January 8, 2025. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Li Xiaoyu has applied to resign from the 9th Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Strategic, Investment and Sustainable Development Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. The resignation will take effect after the new directors are elected at the shareholders' meeting.
