EFT SOLUTIONS (08062) subscribe to a subsidiary fund of 25 million.

EFT SOLUTIONS (08062) announced that on January 8, 2025, the Group signed a subscription form through the subscriber Mission Strike Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company). As per this, the subscriber agreed to subscribe for the participation shares in the sub-fund E Venture Private Fund (a sub-fund of the E Venture OFC), with a total subscription amount of HK$25 million.
