CHINA TIANRUI (01252) announces that the allocation and subscription matters were completed on January 3, 2025 and January 7, 2025, respectively.
All allocation conditions have been met and the allocation was completed on January 3, 2025. A total of 145 million shares were successfully allocated at a price of HK$0.33 per share to no fewer than six independent placing agents or their representatives selected and facilitated by the placing agent.
Furthermore, all conditions for the subscription matters have been met, and the subscription was completed on January 7, 2025. The seller subscribed to a total of 145 million shares (equivalent to the number of shares successfully allocated under the allocation matters), with a net subscription price of approximately HK$0.324 per share after deducting relevant costs, professional fees, and expenses. The subscription shares represent approximately 4.70% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the subscription matters.
