After the completion of the acquisition, this group holds 30 shares of Feasible Result, accounting for 30% of the total number of Feasible Result shares issued as of the date of this announcement; 3200 shares of USFL, accounting for 32% of the total USFL shares issued as of the date of this announcement; and 5,060,000 shares of TECHSTARACQ-Z and 2,530,000 TECHSTARACQ-Z warrants, respectively accounting for approximately 5.05% of the total number of TECHSTARACQ-Z Class A ordinary shares issued as of the date of this announcement and approximately 5.05% of the total number of TECHSTARACQ-Z warrants issued as of the date of this announcement.
